Villa Las Brisas is a luxury 10-person villa located in the exclusive residential area Buena Vista of Benissa. Just a 5-minute drive from the lovely town of Moraira and 10 minutes from the famous seaside resort of Calpe. Quiet locationon a cul-de-sac , yet just steps from fine restaurants, supermarkets and various beaches. Villa Las Brisas has beautiful views of the sea and the hills of Benissa and has the perfect location in relation to the sun and the wind.
Also the Mediterranean garden and the various terraces are a picture, thanks to the various palm trees, orange trees, olive trees and the bourgainville.

Through the spacious hall you can get to the living room with a large sitting area and dining area. The entire house is very tastefully furnished with great attention to detail. You will feel right at home.
From the livingroom it’s only 1 step to the fully-equipped open kitchen with ceramic cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer and 2 coffee machines of which 1 Nespresso machine.
Through 2 large sliding doors are living and naja (covered terrace with outdoor kitchen and bbq) seamlessly connected .

On the same floor is a bedroom, bathroom and separate guest toilet. In the bedroom there is a door which opens onto the same naja.

Above you will find the master bedroom with a bathroom en-suite, equipped with shower and toilet. Through the bedroom you have also access to the roof terrace. Also located on this floor is the wellness area with a luxurious spacious Jacuzzi, a Tylo Finnish Sauna and lovely outdoor shower. Truly a lovely place to relax with a glass of bubbles and views in front of the valley and the sea.

You can reach the other 3 bedrooms at poollevel via the wide outside staircase.
All bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower and washbasin.  Here are also 2 toilets.

The villa has lots of privacy and no overlook possibility of the neighbors. In an easy chair or on the lounger at the pool surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers it is easy enjoying this beautiful Spanish villa. Elsewhere you will find also fine places such as under the Palm trees in the garden or on the covered naja. You will perfectly relax and enjoy the peace and nature.

Villa Las Brisas is a beautiful spacious Spanish house, which has been tastefully decorated. Also for children there are in and around the villa many places for playing, swimming and relaxing. It is located within walking distance from the coast, restaurants and bars. In short an ideal holiday stay!

Villa las Brisas is also very close to the Valencia and Alicante airports. Valencia on ca. 110 km away and Alicante only 90 km away.

Pets are welcome, but require a small surcharge to cover additional cleaning costs.

Living room  – Ground floor
Spacious, bright living room with beautiful marble floor, open kitchen (equipped with all comforts including dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, (Nespresso) coffee machines), with seating area and dining area. However, most of the time you will want to stay on the adjacent naja (covered terrace) with outdoor kitchen! You can reach the naja via the large sliding doors.

Bedroom 1 – First floor
The most beautiful bedroom is located in the Tower room! A spacious, round room with French doors, windows with mosquito screens, ceiling fan and air conditioning . Directly adjacent to a rooftop terrace with lots of privacy and nice seating. Lots of wardrobes. On this floor there is also a large bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasins.

Bedroom 2 – Ground floor
Beautiful spacious bedroom on the ground floor. With built-in wardrobe. Opposite the bedroom there is a guest toilet and bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet. With French doors, insect screens in the windows, ceiling fan and air conditioning. Directly adjacent to the covered naja!

Bedroom 4
Spacious bedroom with windows with mosquito nets, ceiling fan and air conditioning. Between bedroom 3 and 4 there is a large built-in wardrobe and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Bedroom 5

Spacious bedroom with built-in wardrobe and door that gives direct access to the swimming pool! Also has a ceiling fan and air conditioning. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.

Swimmingpool
Large swimming pool. Nice place to play with a ball or be lazy on an air mattress.
