Luxury villa with fantastic sea view
Villa las Brisas is a wonderful, authentic Spanish villa, suitable for 2-10 persons. The villa is located in Benissa, in the beautiful district Buena Vista, between Moraira and Calpe. The sea, restaurants, bars, supermarket and shops are nearby. The villa has an electric gate whereby security and complete privacy is guaranteed. Built on 3 levels with a total of 5 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor kitchen, this villa is ideal for 2 families or a group of friends.
Feel right at home
The naja (covered terrace) has an 10-person dining table, lounge chairs and an outdoor kitchen. Here you can enjoy the beautiful sea views and a wine & dine during warm evenings. The barbecues (charcoal and gas) can be used for the delicious Spanish "Solomillo". The lower terrace has a large swimming pool (ca. 50m2 with comfortable walk-in) and an outdoor shower. The garden with palm trees, citrus trees, cypresses and other botanical plants are a feast for the eyes.
Relax
The villa has several terraces, most of which are covered. Villa las Brisas has a lovely wellness on the upper roof terrace, with open-air jacuzzi, a new sauna and outdoor shower. All this with beautiful views over the sea and the hills of Benissa and has the perfect location in relation to the sun and the wind. Benissa, Moraira, Calpe, Altea, Guadalest, the nicest villages are just a few steps away! We expect that your stay in our beautiful Spanish villa with large naja, outdoor kitchen and private pool will please you a lot!!

We, Yvonne and Pleun Broere, are the proud owners of Villa las Brisas. It is a lovely place and the villa meets all our wishes. We felt completely at home from day one and we love to use it ourselves every now and then for a week. Many families and groups have already enjoyed a wonderful stay in this villa on the Spanish Costa Blanca!

Beautiful villa with great views
We spent 11 days with 3 couples at the villa in October 2023. Las Brisas is an absolute dream villa. Wonderful swimming pool. Beautiful views of the hills and the sea from the pool and terraces. Although the surrounding buildings are very close together, you don't notice this in the villa or in the views - the surrounding hills are densely vegetated and hide the other houses well. The rooms are all very nicely decorated, the furniture is of high quality, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms great, the kitchen spacious and well equipped. There are 2 barbecues and plenty of seating on the terrace, lots of comfortable loungers and a lounge area by the pool. The highlight is the brand new sauna and whirlpool, both overlooking the hills and the sea. Contact with the very nice landlord was great and quick, as was the manager on site. We felt so comfortable that we hardly did any excursions. We would always come back!!!Fantastique villa vue mer grandiose
Nous avons séjourné à la villa Las Brisas à 8 personnes (4 adultes et 4 adolescents) durant 15 jours et nous y sommes senti très bien. La vue mer est grandiose. La piscine de belle taille et profondeur est très agréable. La proximité des plages (10 min à pied), de Calpe (10 min en voiture ou à pied via le sentier écologique) et Moraira (5-10 min en voiture) ainsi que de différents supermarchés (3 à moins de 10 min) constitue un grand avantage. La grande terrasse couverte avec plancha et barbecue est très reposante : nous y avons passé toutes nos soirées. La villa est décorée avec beaucoup de soin et les extérieurs sont magnifiques. Quelques ballades à recommander : l'escalade du Penyon, le sentier écologique de bord de mer, Moraira, Guadalest, Altea et Calpe. En un mot : à recommander vivement. Un énorme merci à Pleun et Yvonne pour les bons conseils prodigués avant le séjour et les réponses très rapides.Frederic G.

vielen Dank für einen wirklich sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Ihr Haus ist einfach fantastisch, super eingerichtet (sehr geschmackvoll) und sehr sauber, hervorragende Betten (der 1. Urlaub in Spanien ohne Rückschmerzen!), der Garten/Pool tip-top gepflegt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, es war selbst in der Küche alles vorhanden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

What an amazing Villa!!! We all loved it. We were a party if 8, British and Spanish (4 teenagers and 6 adults, a mix of ages) and it was perfect for all of us. The Villa has everything you could need and is furnished beautifully. All of the beds are a very good size and very comfortable, we all slept well. The views were lovely especially from the balcony where we spent many an hour all sat around the table eating, drinking, chating, playing cards and laughing so much. The pool was absolutely perfect in every way. Very private and not overlooked at all. The villa is beautifully tucked away in the hillside. Nearby is Moraira which is a lovely little town with its beach and good restuarants and plenty of parking, we wished we had spent more time there. In the other direction was Calpe which is a much bigger resort with a long beach and plenty of shops and places to eat and drink. Further on is Benidorm where we visited for the teenagers and the water sports and a boat trip. We were always happy to return to our villa and step straight in to the pool. All of our best memories are of time spent at the villa. We all felt we lived a life of luxury and fun for the week and we all miss it so much and can not wait to return.

Wundervolle, luxuriöse Villa! Es fehlt an Nichts!
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit mit 9 jungen Erwachsenen in dieser tollen Villa. Die Kommunikation mit den Inhabern und der Hausverwaltung hat perfekt geklappt, bei der Ankunft wurde auch spät abends auf uns gewartet. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen, sehr schönen Gegend. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft ins Grün und auf das Meer. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet mit diversen Küchengeräten, vielen Gläsern und Geschirr, überall gibt es gemütliche Sitz-, Lese- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Das Untergeschoss war gerade ansprechend renoviert worden. Die Betten sind sehr gut aus nahezu allen Zimmern hat man eine schöne Aussicht. Besonders toll ist auch der gepflegte Garten mit verschiedensten Palmen und einem Zitronen- Orangen- und Olivenbaum...sehr praktisch ist die Garage (z.b.für Rennradfahrer) und der Pool ist top! 100%ige Empfehlung! Beautiful villa!
The villa is even better in reality than the pictures! The owners have been very quick to get back to us with any queries and Ulli, the property manager is on hand for any problems ( not that we had any really!).
The villa has everything you need for any age to enjoy but do be aware there are quite a few steps in the property.
There are a few bars and restaurants within walking distance, so long as you don't mind a bit of a climb back to the villa! We all managed ok, including our 4 year old grandson!

We would give your house a 5* review and hope to book again soon! The house was immaculate, and extremely well presented. The furnishings were super clean both inside and outside the house, and everything was very well kept and looked after. There were lots of different places to go and sit, all of which were really comfortable and relaxing. The pool area was great to lounge around in. The turret room was such a treat for us as it was so private and quiet, and again was very tastefully decorated. I'd definitely recommend your villa as the best we have stayed in. Last month with 8 girl friends we had a super stay at Villa las Brisas. A very spacious and comfortable house. Beautiful porch, lovely swimming pool and great views of the sea. An oasis of tranquillity, near the beach. With beautiful open kitchen equipped with modern equipment. Excellent base for excursions, for example to Valencia. We will definitely come back again! In the autumn holiday we went with the children and grandchildren to your villa! What a great house! Anywhere really nice places to sit, especially on the covered porch. In the morning we had breakfast in the sun and in the evening we could barbecue. The outdoor kitchen found our son also totally awesome. The grandchildren were the most time in the pool. Also there it was gorgeous. We have even made use of the sauna! Nice restaurants and beaches were very close. We will be back! Thanks again! regards John
